If your electronic equipment is lost or stolen, make sure you do the following:

(a) report the loss or theft of any mobile phone or PDA, within 24 hours of discovery to your Network Provider      (e.g Vodafone, Meteor, 3) to ensure your SIM card is suspended and your handset is blacklisted
(b) report the loss to the Gardaí within 24 hours of discovery of the said loss
(c ) Download the claim form below, complete fully, supplying any additional details that may reasonably be       required to substantiate the claim.

When you make a claim, we’ll ask you to pay a small excess charge:

• €15 for modems or MP3 players
• €35 for mobiles or PDA’s
• €50 for laptops (including modems)

• Mobilecover must receive your completed claim form within 30 days of loss, destruction or damage.

• Mobiles or PDA’s that are lost, stolen or damaged without the SIM card
• Equipment stolen from an unattended vehicle, unless it was in the glove compartment or a locked boot
• More than 2 claims in any 12 month period
• Repairs that are covered by a warranty or mechanical breakdown cover
